On 7/11/1989 , the vessel OCEAN HUNTER (Official Number 322399) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in 2 NM SOUTH OF ESTEVAN PT, CLAYOQUOT SOUND,B.C.,.

The vessel, with 3 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
