On 3/15/1991 , the vessel DO-BOY 2 (Official Number 314885) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in 1 NM NE OF NOOTKA I LIGHTHOUSE,COOK CHANNEL,BC,.

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was minor pollution.
