On 6/23/1991 , the vessel COHO (Official Number 280243) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in BLACK BALL LINE WHARF, VICTORIA, B.C.,.
The vessel, with 25 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
