On 4/16/2011 , the vessel LAKE ONTARIO (Official Number 2640) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in ST-LAMBERT, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 19 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 16 April 2011, the upbound vessel "LAKE ONTARIO" struck the approach wall at St-Lambert Lock, Quebec upon entering. The vessel and the approach wall sustained minor damage.
