On 9/1/2009 1, the vessel THEOFYLAKTOS (Official Number 26) was involved in a collision - with another vessel or other floating object in PRINCE RUPERT HARBOUR, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 20 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.

On 01 September 2009, the bulk carrier 'THEOFYLAKTOS" reported a collision with the "LADY MARINA 1" while moving from Anchorage to grain berth in Prince Rupert Harbour. No damage to bulk carrier.
