On 9/11/1990 , the vessel CALATAGAN (Official Number 230501) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in CANSO LOCK, STRAIT OF CANSO, C.B.I., N.S.,.

The vessel, with 25 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
