On 11/13/2019, the vessel POLARSTAR (Official Number 18306) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in Contrecoeur, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 22 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was unknown pollution.
