On 11/10/2001, the vessel IVER PROSPERITY (Official Number 1608) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in BUOY TA, SANDHEADS, FRASER RIVER, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 24 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
