On 10/8/2004 , the vessel LAKE LISI (Official Number 1475) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in NEAR BUOY Q-22, PTE ST-NICOLAS, ST-LAWRENCE RIVER, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 21 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
