On 12/14/2011, the vessel LABRADOR (Official Number 113119) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - boarding, being on board, falling overboard from the ship in TROIS RIVIERES, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 18 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 14 December 2011, the Chief Officer onboard the docked vessel "LABRADOR" fell overboard while attempting to take ship's draught. He was shortly thereafter recovered by the crew. No injury reported.
