The vessel, with 3 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 3 injuries but no fatalities were reported, and there was minor pollution.

24 ft fishing vessel with 3 POB reported awash and in tow by CCGA MEG AND KEL. Crew were evacuated and LINDSAY II was taken in tow while half awash and taking on water through stuffing box. . Damage to the vessel was indicated as CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS
