On 10/12/1984, the vessel TOZUI MARU (Official Number 109756) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in INLAND-WELLAND CANAL-GUARD GATE CUT,.

The vessel, with 28 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
