On 4/11/2005 , the vessel OLYMPIC MELODY (Official Number 10821) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in SECTION 48, PORT OF MONTREAL, QUÉBEC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 20 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
