On 6/11/1999 , the vessel MANAMARIA (Official Number 10452) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in BURNABY SHOAL, VANCOUVER HBR., B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 20 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
