On 6/18/2001 , the vessel TANAIA & ZACHARY (Official Number 0823295) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in OUTER EDGE SOUTHSIDE CAPE SABLE ISLAND, NS, NOVA SCOTIA (NS).
